GRAMMY AWARD WINNING CRYSTAL GAYLE TO RECEIVE "STAR" ON HOLLYWOOD WALK OF
FAME

Crystal Gayle chosen among fellow country artists Shania Twain, Tim McGraw,
& LeAnn Rimes to receive honor in 2007

(Nashville, TN) - In 2007, the long-haired princess of Nashville, CRYSTAL
GAYLE will receive the highest honor Hollywood has to offer - a STAR on the
Hollywood Walk of Fame!!!

"I have known about the Hollywood Walk Of Fame every since I was little and
the first time I went to Hollywood early in my recording years I immediately
went to the Hollywood Walk of Fame and walked and seen all the different
great American Entertainers," says Crystal Gayle. "It is a great honor to be
selected to receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame with all the great
stars that I grew up admiring."

Strange to think of anyone as young and vibrant as the artist in question as
a "timeless classic" herself-but that indeed describes the course Crystal
Gayle's career has taken. Before country was 'cool,' Crystal was 'class'.

In the mid '70's, Crystal was the focal point of her own one hour prime time
special on CBS television-a special that earned the glowing praise of
viewers and critics alike. Chic, hip, and cool with a romantic mane of hair
that swept around her ankles, in one evening of television Crystal Gayle
moved country music to the highest platform it had yet reached in the eyes
of the viewing and listening nation.

The blue eyed beauty from the Appalachian coal mining town of Paintsville,
Kentucky would never again linger in the shadow of being Loretta Lynn's baby
sister. Drop dead beautiful and dressed in designer threads, Crystal took
country music to town on her arm in the '70's and introduced it to
mainstream audiences.

Country, folk, pop, rock 'n roll, Broadway show tunes, gospel.all found
equal place in her heart, growing up as the youngest of eight children. Like
sister Loretta, Crystal too was a "coal miners daughter" before she was
platinum selling singer and a world class entertainer.

What next emerged was uniquely Crystal. Her hit list of platinum and gold
record sales was to be matched only by her awards and accolades. CMA "Female
Vocalist Of The Year," for two consecutive years, she became a Grammy Award
Winner for "Best Female Vocal Performance," thanks to her beloved "Brown
Eyes" - a song that she today admits she has never grown tired of singing.
Crystal swept the Academy of Country Music Awards for three of their "Top
Female Vocalist" statuettes. As her music and her career path widened to
mainstream audiences-so did her accolades. She is the recipient of three
"American Music Awards" -voted by the nation as America's "Favorite Female
Artist."

Success swept around her as gracefully as her trademarked long hair. Always
gracious and generous with her time and talents, Crystal has been awarded
the coveted "Celebration of Light Award" in recognition of her myriad
humanitarian efforts-among them the Make-A-Wish Foundation (for whom she has
recorded the official theme song) and the Arthritis Foundation, for whom she
has served as telethon co-host for several years. Fittingly, the
"Celebration of Light Award" was a presentation in Waterford Crystal.

One of the most fitting honors in her career came in 1999 when "Don't It
Make My Brown Eyes Blue" was recognized by ASCAP as one being one of the ten
most performed songs of the 20th century.

Like fine wine.time has been nothing but kind to Crystal Gayle.

Who Is 'Man Enough' For Karen Taylor-Good?
Sexy New International Single Has The Revealing Answer

http://www.karentaylorgood.com/media/

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (June 26, 2006) - When hit songwriters and good friends
Karen Taylor-Good and Angela Kaset met last year for a writing session, the
subject turned - as it invariably does - to men. And this time, the
conversation turned into Man Enough, which is featured on the U.K.- based
July Hotdisc compilation and just may be the romantic hit of the summer.

Man Enough, from Taylor-Good's multifaceted new CD HOW MANY WOMEN (Insight
Records), is no exercise in attitude - it's an exquisite rumination from two
masterful writers (individually, they've penned hits including "How Can I
Help You Say Goodbye" and "Something in Red") who have something to say and
can say it with compassion and humor.

"I have such beautiful men in my life, and so does Angela," says
Taylor-Good, slowing down momentarily after a wave of international
interviews during CMA Music Festival Week in Nashville. "And as all women
know, it ain't easy being a really great man. So we were thinking about,
what does make a really great man?"

Their conclusions include:

He's man enough to be tender / When she needs a shoulder

Man enough to say nothing / Just reach right out and hold her

as well as:

He's man enough to be a baby / When she needs someone to hold

Man enough to know good and well / Who's runnin' the show

Taylor-Good's gorgeous vocal caresses a gently soulful AC groove laid down
by Larry Beaird on acoustic guitar, Scot Merry on bass, Paul Scholton on
drums, Jerry Kimbrough on electric guitar, Ed Tossing on piano and Jonathan
Yudkin on mandolin and violin. It's a sound that to some ears might recall
K.T. Oslin.

The HOW MANY WOMEN CD - which has earned glowing reviews in CM RoundUp,
Pathfinder and CM People (to name a few) - can be purchased online at
Taylor-Good's website, www.karentaylorgood.com, and on CD Baby and Amazon.

Music Row Magazine, says "Rustie sang splendidly!" Dan Harr, Music News
Nashville, says "Rustie Blue rocked the house with her powerful vocals," and
Estella Pan, Star Country, says, "Rustie is confident on stage and fun to
watch!" " I felt the gospel tune ,"Satisfied" was the perfect song for me to
sing to pay tribute to the mother church of country music! Shortly before I
went on stage, I was talking to Robert K Oermann, and he said that Satisfied
was debuted at the Ryman many years ago by Martha Carson." It was such an
honor to be standing on the Ryman stage where ! Martha Carson, Patsy Cline
and so many others performed before me!" says Rustie.

Rustie had other performances/events to attend to, during the fest, which

FROM AUSTRALIA
KIERAN KANE, KEVIN WELCH & FATS KAPLIN.
Rob Hall - ***@iprimus.com.au

Following on from the success of their previous album - "You Can't Save
Everybody" (Compass Records), which enjoyed a long run at No.1 on the U.S.
Americana Radio Chart in 2005, Nashville-based singer/songwriters Kieran
Kane, Kevin Welch & Fats Kaplin are again riding high on the same airplay
chart with their new release - "Lost John Dean" (Compass Records).

The album spent two weeks at No.2, only surpassed by Bruce Springsteen's
"The Pete Seeger Sessions". Last week Kane, Welch & Kaplin were displaced
from No.2 by the new album by Mark Knopfler & Emmylou Harris - "All The
Roadrunning" (Warner Bros.)

That however was shortlived, as this week they have returned to the No.2
slot, with Mark & Emmylou dropping back to No. 3.

With the success of the album, it's not surprising that Kane, Welch & Kaplin
have this week been nominated for "Best Duo/Group" for the upcoming
Americana Music Association's 5th Annual Honors and Awards, to be presented
at The Ryman Auditotium in Nashville on September 22nd.

KIERAN KANE, KEVIN WELCH & FATS KAPLIN.

'Permission to Breathe'- The Video Clip is out now and receiving airplay on
The Country Music Channel after being released last week. The film clip was
produced by Millhouse Productions out of Brisbane and can be veiwed by
requesting it at www.countrymusicchannel.com.au
Since releasing Permission to Breathe- Amy Vanderspoel who now manages Gemma
quoted that ' the response has been nothing short of fantastic. It is
getting a lot of airplay here and in Europe and has just been put on high
rotation through 4aaa in Brisbane'. Triple J has also picked it up and
played the song on their roots programme. We are totally overwhelmed with
the response- I am getting a lot of feedback and it is all very positive.'
Gemma and her band will be touring with Holloway Street,
www.hollowaystreet.com later in the year where both bands will be bringing
some of their great music down to the Southern States
With the technology we have today it is much easier for independent artist's
to get their music to a much bigger listening arena, and you can preview
some of Gemma's newest material on her EPK-Electronic
Press Kit through Sonic Bids.
